Contingent Fees
I accept contingent fees in personal injury, social security disability, and medical malpractice cases. Fees in workers compensation cases must be approved by the North Carolina Industrial Commission and social security disability by the Social Security Administration. -
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
I offer competitive fees in the areas of employment discrimination, family law and child custody. Consultations in areas other than contingent fee cases are provided for $200.00 for up to one hour.
