Frank Schwartz is a Miami attorney who concentrates his legal practice in the area of criminal defense. Mr. Schwartz has extensive trial and courtroom experience which includes over 100 trials in both Federal and State Court. He is experienced in handling all felonies and misdemeanors including white collar crimes, money laundering, Medicare Fraud, drug possession and trafficking cases, computer and internet crimes, sex offenses, homicides, theft and burglary charges, assault and battery, DUI, Grand Jury investigations and proceedings, post-conviction relief matters, appeals, bond hearings, arraignments, sealing and expunction of records, administrative hearings and professional regulation matters. Mr. Schwartz’s established his stellar reputation as an effective criminal defense lawyer after obtaining not-guilty verdicts for his clients in both State and Federal court. For the last 14 years, Mr. Schwartz has also obtained numerous other successful results, including the dismissal of charges without the need for a trial and/or a reduction in charges against his clients. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Schwartz was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, the third largest prosecutors’ office in the United States. In less than three years in the state Attorney’s Office, Mr. Schwartz was promoted to the highly coveted position in the Career Criminal Robbery Unit. There, in this select unit, he prosecuted the most dangerous defendants that qualified to receive the toughest penalties due to their numerous prior criminal convictions. In addition to prosecuting hundreds of violent crimes, Mr. Schwartz prosecuted numerous homicides, home invasions, armed robberies, drug trafficking cases, as well as complicated white-collar crimes.
