Esther M Sanders
Sanders & Associates PC
i was born in the small town of Macks Creek, Missouri. i graduated from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. i attended Oklahoma City University where I received my Juris Doctor degree in law in December 1992.
After working for a firm in Oklahoma City for two (2) years, I opened my own practice, Sanders & Associates, P.C. law office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on January 2, 1995. I lost my brother as a result of an accident at a cattle plant in Liberal Kansas when I was eighteen (18) years old. I saw firsthand how work place injuries affect families and that work must be done to protect the employees that make up the corporations. I vowed to keep my practice small enough to give personal service to each client, to hear their stories, and to help them and their family fight the big insurance companies and the giant corporations they insure.
It is my policy that there is no fee if you do not recover. Since 1995 I have helped hundreds of struggling clients get through the litigation process, either through negotiating a resolution of their claim or when necessary, trial before a judge and/or jury. I reside in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and am licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, Northern District of Oklahoma, Western District of Oklahoma, Muscogee Creek Nation, and the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. I am a member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. I am a volunteer with the Lawyers Against Hunger, Inc., Tulsa Food Bank, St. Jude’s, American Red Cross, as well as contributing to the needs of many of the communities’ most needy.
