- A: I'm not sure why you would be looking for an attorney who is going to work for you on a pro bono basis, unless you simply don't have the money to hire an attorney. If that's the case, and you can show the court that you meet certain indigence requirements, then the court is required to appoint counsel to represent you. Good Luck!

- A: IF, and I stress, IF, thats all they have, it's doubtful that it would stand as adequate probable cause. You might want to look a little closer at the pc affidavit and see what other facts law enforcement included to convince a judge to sign the search warrant.
