Clayton E Wittman

Clay Wittman served 26 years in the Active Duty US Air Force, retiring as a Colonel in 2009. He is now "retired" in Grand Rapids. He has "been around the block" a few times and knows what it means to serve others. As a Lawyer, Clay Wittman takes a very limited number of clients, so that he can serve those few clients with the care and attention they deserve. Clay is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and the Western Michigan Law School. He graduated Law School Magna Cum Laude and served on the Law Review and the Honor Council. While in law school, he externed with Barnes and Thornburg, LLP, (Corporate Law/Aviation) and Interned with the Access to Justice Clinic (Family Law/General Civil). Clay runs what is called a "virtual" law practice. He works out of his home office, visits clients in their homes, and has access to office space in downtown Grand Rapids. He maintains all his files electronically and after the culmination of your matter, all paper copies are shredded. By not maintaining the overhead of a full-time office, Clay is able to pass that savings on to you. Clay is licensed to practice law in the Michigan state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Clay focuses on you and your family.
