Bobbi Meloro

In the area of elder law, Ms. Meloro helps seniors access the quality care and benefits they need without being wiped out financially through Medicaid planning, asset protection planning, and the use of effective powers of attorney and health care advance directives. She handles guardianships, probate litigation, special needs planning and estate planning as well. Ms. Meloro has over 20 years' experience and extensive courtroom experience, having served as first and second chair in several civil jury and non-jury trials. She is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts as well as in the Seminole Tribal Court, and active in the legal community and her home town of Plantation.
