Blake Harris is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He primarily focuses in all areas surrounding criminal defense, including pre-charging, pre-trial and trial practice.
Mr. Harris has a wide-range case history where he has consistently displayed the motives and tactics that is equivalent of even the most experienced attorneys. He has represented over 300 clients during all facets of trial, including but not limited to first appearances, sentencing hearings and plea negotiations. Among his credible practice, he has drafted successful motions for suppression of evidence, material witness warrants and subpoenas. In addition, Mr. Harris has even carefully analyzed police body camera footage and reports to find Constitutional issues to suppress footage and reports based upon improper procedures used by the police.
Mr. Harris is well regarded and respected by the legal community and his clients. Some of the many examples include winning an Assault 4 DV case and a dismissal of an anti-harassment order.
In his free time, Mr. Harris often enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking and kayaking. He is also proficient in Spanish.
