Berenice Mottin-Berger's practice is primarily focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as in community association law. Ms. Mottin-Berger has experience litigating cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants involving: defective construction, contractual disputes, director and officer claims, and condominium disputes. In her role as general counsel to community associations, Ms. Mottin-Berger assists on all operational matters, including: evictions, owner conflicts, lease disputes, election recalls, and annual meetings.
Ms. Mottin-Berger’s clients include condominium associations, homeowner associations, contractors, individual homeowners, and developers.
