Ann Chapman has been practicing in the bankruptcy arena for nearly forty years. She specializes in the representation of individuals and small business in Chapters 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (wage earner and small business reorganization), focusing primarily on debtor representation.
She has been recognized for her many achievements, including public speaking on bankruptcy topics on a regional and local basis, her pro bono efforts and her professionalism as a member of the bar. She has been A/V rated by Martindale Hubbell for over 25 years and has been a Super Lawyer in the consumer area for more than 10 years. She was the proud recipient of the William N. Stiles Award in 2014 which is an award given by the Debtor-Creditor section that recognizes significant contributions to the Debtor-Creditor section and members of the public.
