Andy Goldstein is an attorney practicing in Tennessee and in the Immigration Courts of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Andy focuses his practice on immigration law, family law, administrative law, business law, and civil litigation.
Before moving to Tennessee, Andy grew up near St. Louis, MO. After moving to Tennessee, Andy attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he gained a Computer Science degree and a Political Science degree. Intent on becoming a lawyer, Andy attended the Belmont University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.
Andy advises his clients on numerous aspects of state and federal law. He handles matters involving deportation and removal defense, divorce, property disputes, board investigations, immigration petitions, estate litigation, health law, child custody, naturalization, legal permanent residence, and more. Andy's clients benefit from his diverse and comprehensive knowledge across family law, immigration law, administrative law, and civil litigation.
Andy is committed to helping his clients resolve civil disputes in strategic and cost-effective ways. Andy advises his immigration clients on the best way to achieve a path towards lawful permanent residence and naturalization.
