Aaron Haar
Trademark & Copyright Lawyer
Aaron K. Haar practices in the areas of intellectual property, internet law, and business litigation. Aaron advises clients in all matters related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He assists clients in procuring trademark and copyright registrations. He regularly counsels clients on a variety of pre-litigation and litigation issues in state and federal court as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has significant experience resolving disputes concerning trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and internet-based properties. Aaron is a member of the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Intellectual Property Section.
Prior to attending law school, Aaron worked for several years in the commercial real estate industry in Phoenix. Aaron graduated magna cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was symposium editor for the Nevada Law Journal and earned the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law School. His student note, entitled “Pre-Dispute Binding Arbitration in Consumer Warranties: The Ninth Circuit Concludes Correctly for All the Wrong Reasons” was published in Volume 13 of the law review. Aaron spent his law school summers as an extern for a federal bankruptcy judge and as a law clerk for the Goldwater Institute.
