After spending four years as a social worker, I returned to get my law degree in hopes of helping people, and that is what I strive to do. I understand people come to me during the hardest times of their lives, and my role is to help them navigate through the process. Kenneth has been recognized by numerous national associations as a top attorney. He has practiced workers' compensation law for over twenty years. Kenneth served as a prosecuting attorney for five years, and has been in private practice with his wife and legal partner, Erin Mercer, for over ten years. Kenneth now represents injured workers who have been denied workers' compensation benefits. I was born Montana and grew up in Wyoming. I grew up in the Rocky Mountains, learning to love and cherish the outdoors. During my summers in college, I worked as a wild-land firefighter, traveling the western United States on a hotshot crew. Erin received her law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2001. Prior to that, Erin worked as a nurse and was head of the workers' compensation department for a large company in Colorado. Since becoming an attorney, Erin has practiced in criminal law, family law and workers' compensation. Stacy received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Criminal Justice and Political Science from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Steven R. Dwyer earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and the Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University in 1996.
