Attorney Patrick Scharmer was born and raised in Wisconsin, having spent most of his youth in Stevens Point. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point, he spent time in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison before returning to Central Wisconsin in 2018.

Chuck Palmer is the Managing Partner of Michael, Best & Friedrich's Waukesha, Wisconsin office. His primary practice areas are Labor and Employment Law, OSHA defense, fire, explosion and safety related litigation, and construction law. He is co-chair of the firms construction practice group. Scott is a founding member and partner of the firm. He represents individuals in personal injury and death cases. Scott is also one of the few Wisconsin attorneys licensed to practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims, representing individuals harmed by vaccines.
