Mr. McDougall entered the University of South Carolina School of Law in Fall 1991. While at the USC School of Law, Mr. McDougall made the Dean's List and engaged in a number of independent legal studies in his particular areas of interest. Attorney Gary Heisterkamp received his both his A.A. and B.S. degrees in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University in 1994 and 2010, respectively. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Gary relocated to South Carolina to complete his Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law, where he graduated in 2014 with honors.
