Ms. Meisenhelder joined the law offices of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy in 2012 and focuses her practice on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Jamie was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 2000 and brings a wealth of expertise, experience and knowledge to our firm.

Robert Muehleisen originally hails from Toledo, Ohio and is a 1990 graduate of Ohio University and a 1993 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1993 and in Pennsylvania in 1995.

I have been a practicing attorney for 24 years. Prior to obtaining my law license I worked as a paralegal and court reporter while in the Army and thereafter. My passion has always been looking out for the little guy whether it be dealing with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation or an insurance company.

I have been a practicing attorney focusing on all types of injury cases (automobile accidents, products liability, workers' compensation, etc.), wills and estates, probate, social security disability and domestic relations cases for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in all of those areas and have an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for over 17 years--the highest rating an attorney may have. I am a member of the American and Ohio Associations for Justice as well as a member of local bar associations.

If there is one phrase that captures the essence of Attorney Greg Finnerty, it may be apt to say that he performs "odd legal jobs." His emphasis is on assisting those with little connection to the legal system, especially young people. While his sweet spot would most obviously Criminal cases, Greg also has extensive experience in Administrative Law and generally helping Ohioans fight the state and local government bureaucracies.
