Darla E. Kaikis has taken a non-traditional path in her pursuit of representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
Darla primarily represents injured workers in the northwest Ohio area, attending hearings in both the Lima and Toledo Industrial Commission offices. Workers compensation attorney Joseph F. Navin, II was born in 1960 in New York City, where he attended grade school. Joe then attended and graduated the Choate School in Wallingford, Connecticut. Joe then attended and graduated Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1987, with Honors, magna cum laude. Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases.
