Katelyn Bounds has dedicated her practice to workers' compensation litigation as well as short term and long term disability disputes. She has experience representing injured employees in mediation, administrative conferences, hearings before a Compensation Judge and the Minnesota Supreme Court. As I gained a lot of courtroom experience I narrowed my focus to personal injury and workers compensation on the plaintiffs side. I became a certified trial specialist by the Minn.
