Mark P. Bryant is a native of Paducah, Kentucky. He is a past president of the Kentucky Commonwealth's Attorneys Association; an Eagle Scout; on the board of the Four Rivers Counsel, Boy Scouts of America, and; in 1986 was selected to receive the Outstanding Commonwealth's Attorney in Kentucky award.
In 1989, he was selected by the Jackson Purchase Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police, as citizen of the year and was awarded by the Paducah/ McCracken County Child Watch for outstanding service to the children of Paducah and McCracken County.
