Attorney Mary Parmeter is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Parmeter focuses her practice on general corporate law, corporate finance and securities, business organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.

Education & Background Barry J. Book graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1986 and from Marquette University Law School in 1989. He is the Vice-President and a Shareholder at Podell & Book, S.C. Since his admission to the Bar in 1989, Mr. Book has practiced in a number of areas including Criminal, Civil, Real Estate, Probate and Family Law. His practice now focuses exclusively on Family Law.
