Freya has been practicing exclusively immigration law since 2012. She focuses on family and employment immigration. She has significant experience with the immigration needs of families, including LGBT+ families, students, researchers, colleges, universities, aliens of extraordinary ability, and small to mid-size companies.

I have been practicing law since 2003, focusing on the area of criminal defense. I am admitted to practice in Wisconsin, and Federal District Court- Western District of Wisconsin, Federal District Court- Northern District of Illinois.

Mark Schroeder received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in 1980, and his law degree from Marquette University in 1983. He has been an attorney with Consigny Law Firm, S.C. since 1987. A member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Rock County Bar Association, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association of Justice, Mr. Schroeder is also a past member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Law-Related Education Committee. Attorney Mary Parmeter is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Parmeter focuses her practice on general corporate law, corporate finance and securities, business organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.

I have been practicing since 1975. My areas of concentration are: family law; residential real estate; wills, estate planning, and probate; elder law; and appellate work.
