Thomas J. Schneck represent clients throughout Southeastern Wisconsin in criminal defense, bankruptcy and family law matters. He knows how important every matter is to every client and he works closely with each client to work through each issue to achieve the best possible result.

With over 30 years experience practicing Criminal Defense, Drunk Driving Defense, Traffic Offenses and Driver's License Reinstatement, Mr. Molter has acted as an arbitrator on numerous personal injury cases, having been appointed by other law firms that need his negotiating skills in arbitration.

Attorney Mary Parmeter is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Parmeter focuses her practice on general corporate law, corporate finance and securities, business organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.

Stephanie Gwyn, Managing Attorney of Law Offices of Stephanie M. Gwyn, has extensive experience in employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant visas, PERM labor certification, and immigrant petitions. Her practice also covers immigration Form I-9 compliance as well as family-based immigration and citizenship. Stephanie works with a wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations, telecommunications companies, manufacturing companies, architecture firms, religious organizations, law firms, and trading firms.
