I grew up in the coal fields of West Virginia, and was a teacher for nine years before obtaining her law degree.

Eva Segert-Tauger is working as a staff attorney for Legal Aid of West Virginia. She was in private solo practice focusing on family law, Social Security Disability/SSI, and immigration law in 2007-2011. She worked for Legal Aid of West Virginia previously from 2002 to 2006. She served as an adjunct instructor and supervising attorney for the West Virginia University College of Law Immigration Clinic in Spring 2008. She also taught courses on Eastern Europe at West Virginia University in 2008-2010.

For over 38 years, Mr. Prudich has successfully served individuals in the southern mountains of West Virginia when they need assistance in fighting for WC and SS benefits and are injured in accidents. Buddy graduated Order of the Coif upon earning his Juris Doctor degree from the West Virginia University College of Law as a member of the Class of 2004, for which he was also elected Class President. During his time there, he served as a member of the Republican Law Caucus and the West Virginia University Law Review.
