I have been a trial lawyer since 1981, with a very broad practice mix. I have tried cases to verdict in many of the counties in West Virginia, and I have handled cases in nearly all of the counties in the state. He went on to achieve a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Marshall University, graduating cum laude in 1994.
