I have been in practice for almost 30 years. My practice has focused primarily on helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate through the bankruptcy process. My goal is to help people take back their lives. I also help those who need to organize their estates so that they may enjoy the fruits of their labors and direct the distribution to their heirs.

My trial practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death. We also defend accused persons at trial in select instances.

I gained experience as a defense attorney at Davis, Wright, Tremaine, LLP and a boutique litigation law firm in Seattle, Washington. I gained my initial trial experience in criminal defense while I was still a law student, after being appointed by the court to represent an accused person.
