Practicing 34 years in Olympia, Washington, my practice is now limited to family law matters. I grew up in the once-great town of Aberdeen Washington, went to Whitman College and law school at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. I made a deliberate decision to establish a general practice in a small, but positive and growing community. Olympia was the perfect choice.

This book offers ready-made policies that licensee organizations can adapt and republish internally within their own firms. Additionally, I wrote "Directors' & Officers' Legal Duties for Information Security and Privacy" (www.dutiesaudit.com), further contributing to the field. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with more than 125 different organizations in this area.
