On the Olympic Peninsula, there are not enough Attorneys to meet the community's needs. As a result, my practice is pretty generalized but centers around resolving disputes and estate planning. I enjoy my legal practice and the satisfaction from helping others resolve the issues that keep them up at night. My litigation practice encompasses business, contracts, residential and commercial real estate, commercial leasing, construction, personal injury, and torts.

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile site. We have been living in Washington for three years following a move from Minnesota in 2007 for my wife's health. We have four kids, all of whom are in college or have graduated. I enjoy racquetball, flying small planes, biking, skiing, and woodwork.

Theresa Lorella became an attorney to help people find their voices in difficult and emotional circumstances. Sam started her career at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in Chicago and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2015 where she began working for the Snohomish County Public Defender Association. There, she quickly advanced from misdemeanor to felony attorney, also representing clients in appellate cases and involuntary treatment matters. She is qualified under indigent defense standards to represent clients on homicides, Class A, B, and C felonies, in addition to sex offenses.
