Rhiannon Hartman focuses her practice on estate and business planning . She enjoys assisting clients in the event of life changes of every kind, including for their children’s or grandchildren’s futures, or upon the death of incapacity of a loved one.

She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Rhiannon was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and the Career Services Advisory Board. She also served as a Manuscripts Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest.

Bassel received his B.A. from the University of Hawaii in 2005 and his Law Degree from Washington & Lee University in 2008. After graduating from law school, he served as a magistrate conducting bond hearings as well as probable cause hearings for the issuance of search warrants and arrest warrants. For over the past decade, he has devoted his entire practice to defending clients in serious criminal cases. Michael graduated from the University of South Carolina Pettigrew School of Law in 1969 with a Juris Doctor. He was a finalist in the Prince Competition, where he demonstrated exceptional ability in appellate advocacy. He was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflicts. While in law school, he was selected by the NAACP to travel to Memphis, Tennessee. Ryan Hershey’s practice focuses on Traffic Law and other Litigation matters before the General District and Circuit Courts of Virginia. Beginning as an intern at the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office and working for a notable traffic firm in the Richmond, Virginia area, Ryan has extensive experience and knowledge in handling reckless driving, speeding and other minor-infraction traffic cases, such as Driving on a Suspended License, Failure to Yield, Eluding, Following too Close, and Failure to Maintain Control. Richard grew up in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated from American University in 2005 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2011. While in law school, Richard was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as the Society's President from 2010-2011. He also interned for the ACLU of the Nation's Capital and clerked for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender. Currently, Richard focuses his practice on helping the injured and disabled.
