Karl Moses is an associate in the firm's Creditor's Rights, Bankruptcy and Insolvency section. His practice focuses on creditors' rights, commercial litigation, insolvency, workouts and foreclosures. He primarily represents banks and other lending institutions. Karl has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. Richard grew up in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated from American University in 2005 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2011. While in law school, Richard was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as the Society's President from 2010-2011. He also interned for the ACLU of the Nation's Capital and clerked for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.
