Michael completed his undergraduate studies at N.C. State University and received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.Michael joined Marks & Harrison in 2019. He formerly practiced law as an associate at Freeborn & Peters in Richmond. Prior to joining Freeborn & Peters, Michael served as Staff Counsel for GEICO. He also served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Office of the Public Defender in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Charles W. Davis, Jr grew up in Tappahannock and graduated from Essex High School. He graduated from the University of Virginia where he double-majored in politics and sociology. He received his law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law. C.W. worked as a clerk at Marks & Harrison for over two years before joining the Firm. He has been voted to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 two years in a row.

Jason is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Virginia. He resides in Pearisburg, Virginia with his wife, Catherine, and they have four children, Sydney, William, James, and John Thomas. Jason is a member of the Pearisburg First United Methodist Church and serves on the Pearisburg Town Council.

Vicki obtained a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
