From the very beginning of my legal career, I have focused my practice exclusively on representing consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. I play an active role in bankruptcy communities locally, statewide, and nationally through frequent writing and speaking engagements, leadership roles, and pro bono efforts.

I am a member of the GreeneHurlocker firm, where my practice is centered around business law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and investment banking. In my role, I provide counsel to business clients and entrepreneurs on a variety of matters. These include buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, strategic financing and capital investments, joint ventures, credit facilities, commercial real estate investments, and contract matters.

Mr. Krumbein graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in 1995 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. He then went on to law School at the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University, where he graduated in 1998.
