Rebecca Eichler holds a B.A. in International Relations, Geography and French from Boston University, was commissioned as an officer in the US Army, earned her law degree in 1998 at the William and Mary School of Law followed by a Master of Laws in International Human Rights from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London as the Draper's Scholar.
