Kristen McConnell is a U.S. Army veteran and served in Desert Storm. McConnell received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, spending the last half of law school working in their Veterans Advocacy Clinic assisting veterans with their claims. She is a Department of Veterans Affairs accredited attorney and a current member of the Virginia State Bar, the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA), and the American Bar Association (ABA).

I have been practicing criminal and traffic law in Virginia for over 16 years, including 6 years as a prosecutor and 10 years in private practice. I am fluent in Spanish and can interpret or translate to assist clients.

Vicki obtained a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She then obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City School of Law, where she was awarded Order of the Barristers in recognition of excellence of courtroom advocacy. Ryan T. Walker joined Marks & Harrison in 2014 after having most recently worked for GEICO on the defense side of personal injury cases. Since he was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007, Ryan has practiced exclusively in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury law.
