She also served as a Manuscripts Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest.

Mr. Philip R. Boardman pursued his bachelor’s degree at Augustana College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Soon after, he earned a joint degree at Regent University, obtaining a M.A. in Public Policy and his Juris Doctor. Since then, he has opened his own practice which focuses exclusively on bankruptcy law.
