Mr. Carwile began the practice of law as the first Executive Director of the Lynchburg Legal Aid Society. He moved to Waynesboro in 1974 and co-founded the firm of Carwile & Ricketts, P.C., which merged with Carter R. Allen, R. Toms Dalton and G. William Watkins in 1987 to form the present professional corporation, Allen & Carwile, P.C. William R. Kilgore, Esq. is a graduate of George Wythe High School, The University of Tennessee - Knoxville, and Syracuse University College of Law. He passed the bar exam and became a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia in October 2018. After the bar, William returned home to Wytheville, VA, where he began working as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney (prosecutor) for Wythe County. In 2022, William left the Commonwealth Attorney's Office to open his own practice and better serve the citizens of Wythe County and surrounding areas.

Jordan Davies is an experienced trial attorney. He spends most of his days inside of a courtroom, solving problems and finding solutions for his clients. Prior to starting his practice, Jordan worked as an attorney with the law firm of Harris & Allen, P.C. But more importantly, Jordan is a husband to one and a father to six. He and his family are busy with church, sports, traveling, Netflix, and Chick-fil-A. Jordan is originally from Bracebridge, Ontario, Canada, where he learned how to play hockey, golf, and stay warm.

I graduated from Tunstall High School in 2007. I went on to attend Hampden-Sydney College where I received my B.S. in History and graduated with the distinction of summa cum laude in 2011. I then attended Elon University School of Law. I received my J.D. in 2014 and became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2015. My areas of practice include personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic relations as well as general practice.

Miller Moreau was born and raised in the Danville-Pittsylvania County area and returned to his family's firm, Williams & Light, after attending Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina. He carries on the legacy of his father and grandfather at the firm and continues to provide client-centered advocacy in the areas of personal injury, family law, and bankruptcy.

Chuck grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Virginia in 2002. He attended Liberty University where he graduated with a B.S. in Government with a focus in Pre-law. After receiving his degree Chuck attended the Liberty University School of Law. Chuck earned his J.D. and was admitted to the State Bar in 2012. When not working Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, Chrissey, and his two young children, Landon and Chloe. He also likes to play and watch sports.
