I was raised in Schertz, Texas and went from elementary through high school in the SCUC ISD (Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City). He moved to Alpine, Texas for college, and graduated in three years, and met his wife who is from Marion, Texas. He then moved to Michigan for law school, and graduated in only two years. Adam was practicing law by the age of 24, in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe County.

I am a 1966 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a 1964 graduate of the University of Texas School of Business. Following graduation, I served in the United States Army in the Army Security Agency and, after receiving a commission, in the Army Artillery. I was released from duty after obtaining the rank of Captain. Then in 1969, I started a 40-year practice of law primarily in the Rio Grande Valley assisting clients in commercial and business matters, including litigation. Age and trickery will win out over youth and vigor any day! Years of experience as a prosecutor combined with years in private practice in one county make me the epitome of the small town attorney. I graduated from SWTSU, a.k.a. Texas State, and went to Law school at St. Mary's University in San Antonio. As a parent of one child and three German eating sheppards I have sunk my roots in the Texas Hill country. I pride myself on knowing Hays County's Law Enforcement, Prosecutors and Judiciary.
