Practice limited to Criminal Defense. Over 35 Years I have handled everything from traffic tickets to murder successfully. My practice has included being an Assistant District Attorney, elected Criminal District Attorney and Judge Advocate in the Texas Military Forces.

I have 27 years of criminal experience. For 10 years I gained my core experience at the Dallas County District Attorney's trying jury trials and the last 17 Ive been protecting individuals rights. Ive tried over 300 jury trials and handled over 9000 criminal cases in Federal and State courts. I was fortunate to gain extensive Federal experience by working for former United States Attorney James Rolfe. My experience ranges from every type of Federal case to over 140 murder cases in State court.

Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations.
