Kevin E. Childress received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1994. Attorney Amber Stephens was born and raised in rural West Tennessee, hailing from Halls, Tennessee, a small town in Lauderdale County. Ms. Stephens graduated from Halls High School in 2000, continued her studies at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, from 2000 through 2003, and then transferred to the University of Tennessee at Martin where she graduated cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Van Douglas McMahan graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1990 and later earned his J.D. Degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. McMahan has served as McNairy County Tennessee's General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge from 2006 to the Present.
