To understand the inner workings of a business, I will walk a production floor, handle product, and look for client and competitive product on store shelves. I will meet with software engineers, listening for what works and what does not. I collaborate with every department as needed. I provide services to Manufacturing, Technology and Service companies. I focus on the US and international objectives of a Business, its Contracts, Asset Protection, and Tax Planning.

She graduated from Boston College (BS, cum laude, 1985) and Northeastern University Law School (JD 1988). Earl has practiced law in New Hampshire for over forty years. In 1973, Earl received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif.
