Randall Carver graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2005 and obtained his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2008. Since then, he has concentrated his practice on consumer bankruptcy where he worked for one of Atlanta’s largest consumer bankruptcy firms managing their Rome division.

Mr. Warncke received his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, at Georgia State University in 1988. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1991. Mr. Warncke was one of three students selected to represent UGA Law School in the American College of Trial Lawyers National Moot Court Competition. The team took second place nationwide in brief writing. The team also advanced to the quarter finals in the national oral argument competition in New York,City.
