Mr. Warncke received his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, at Georgia State University in 1988. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude in 1991. Mr. Warncke was one of three students selected to represent UGA Law School in the American College of Trial Lawyers National Moot Court Competition.
