RJ Feltman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, from Texas A&M University. RJ obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and the Sports Law Society. RJ’s practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, estate planning, and real estate transactions. My clients are business owners who are concerned that they are not complying with employment laws. I work with them to create policies, procedures, and manuals and provide training, investigations, and counseling regarding hiring, firing, and compliance with employment laws. I also work with business owners who want to start, buy, operate, or sell a business or a commercial real estate property.

After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.
