After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.

Mr. Seifert graduated with honors from the Univ. of Pennsylvania, Wharton School (1977) and the NYU School of Law (1980).
