After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.

Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. Mr. Seifert graduated with honors from the Univ. of Pennsylvania, Wharton School (1977) and the NYU School of Law (1980). While in law school, he was an editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and authored an article, published in 1979, on whether ex parte sales under commercial liens constitutes state action.
