Francesco J. Grieco recently joined the Law Offices of Lutz and Petty. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is also a member of the Columbia County Bar Association.

Francesco’s primary focus is in the areas of family law and civil litigation. He will be available in our two locations, Berwick and Philadelphia, as we expand our practice in the coming months.

RANDI LYNNE RUBIN focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, support, premarital counseling, equitable distribution and custody. Ms. Rubin negotiates prenuptial agreements and property settlement agreement and litigates in courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Rubin also practices commercial real estate and finance, including acquisitions, sales and financing of retail property and apartment complexes.

Daniel D. Haggerty concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and transactional matters.

A significant portion of Dan’s practice is devoted to the representation of banks and financial institutions in complex workout matters. This representation includes reviewing and revising loan documents, negotiating and preparing forbearance agreements, securing debt via additional collateral, entering judgments though confession and foreclosure, executing on personal and real property, and pursuing debtors both inside and outside of bankruptcy.
