I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. I attended Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and as President of the Oregon State Bar.

Larry has been practicing law since graduation from the University of Oregon Law School in 1968. Larry was a two year starter for the University of Oregon basketball team before there was a 3-point line while earning his undergraduate degree in finance. He has had significant experience in major litigation and real estate transactions.

Kelly McCann's practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction matters. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? Kelly regularly represents homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, commercial real estate investors, and property management companies in connection with both transactional and litigated real estate and construction matters. ? Joel is active in the Linn County Bar and the state bars, and has served as a member of the Oregon House of Delegates.
