My firm, Slinde Nelson, offers full service, innovative solutions to business clients throughout the region. We handle entity formation, buying and selling of businesses, employment law matters and employee relations issues, intellectual property matters, trade secrets, real estate and construction matters, and just about any other issue that comes up in the business setting.

Born and raised in Clackamas County, attended Law School in San Francisco, came back to Oregon in 2012. Father of two boys. My practice is primarily civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate. I also handle personal injury actions, estate planning and probate, and landlord-tenant law.

Kate Brooke is an Oregon real estate and small business attorney who specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation, providing outside general counsel services to small business clients and advising real estate brokers regarding brokerage operations.

Kelly McCann's practice is focused primarily on real estate and construction matters. With experience as both a construction project manager (superintendent) and as an analyst at a boutique real estate investment firm, Kelly brings a practical and resourceful mindset to his legal practice. ? Kelly regularly represents homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, commercial real estate investors, and property management companies in connection with both transactional and litigated real estate and construction matters. ? K.C. Huffman, graduated from Reedsport High School (’93) Linfield College (’97) and the University of Oregon School of Law (’00). Following law school, K.C. served as the Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Lyle C. Velure. In 2001 K.C. joined Thorp, Purdy, Jewett, Urness & Wilkinson, P.C., and in 2007 K.C. became a partner in the firm. K.C. is currently the President of the Lane County Bar Association.
