Mr. Roberts was a Town Justice in Lewisboro for many years, and is also a Certified Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education.

Pasang Jamling is a business lawyer. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, commercial finance, and general corporate matters. Pasang also advises clients on commercial litigation and employment matters. Pasang served as a committee member of the Structured Finance & Securitization Committee at the New York City Bar Association from 2022 to 2023.
