I was born in Clovis, New Mexico and have resided in Curry County and around eastern New Mexico my whole life, and that is why the people and businesses of this area are so important to Queener Law Firm, P.C

I started my legal career working as a prosecutor at the Santa Fe and Farmington District Attorney Offices. After working in criminal law I spent 2 years as an independent petroleum land manager before entering private practice, where I handle criminal defense, contract, tort and real property issues.

CARTER BECKWORTH is an associate attorney at Hays & Friedman, P.A. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. His background includes a range of experience in intellectual property and entertainment law, as well as commercial and residential real estate. During law school, Carter worked for two law firms in Denver, where he assisted clients with a variety of business matters, including LLC formation, asset purchase and sale agreements, partnership agreements, voting agreements, and executive stock option contracts.
