I have been practicing in Nevada for over 30 years emphasizing all aspects of business and real property law.

I am a managing partner at the Eclipse Law Group. We are a civil litigation firm dedicated to representing our clients with the integrity and respect they deserve.

I graduated summa cum laude from New York University and obtained my juris doctorate from the UCLA School of Law, ranked among the top 15 law schools in the country. I am an experienced attorney who handles a diverse range of matters, including civil business litigation, real estate litigation, estate planning, and probates. I also serves as general counsel for several businesses. I have litigated numerous matters in Nevada and California, as well as in the federal courts. I have successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court.

Garry Hayes is a fourth generation Las Vegan. He has practiced law in Nevada since 1984. He has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, collections, zoning and land use, real estate transactions and bankruptcy. He has argued successfully before the Nevada Supreme Court on a number of cases, particularly in the area of zoning and land use. He is active in organizations that support Nevada and Las Vegas history including the Preservation Association of Clark County and the Gilcrease Orchard Foundation.
