I am an advisor and trial lawyer who represents businesses and individuals in various forms of dispute resolution, including trials, arbitration, mediation, and private settlement negotiations. I serve as counsel to a diverse range of clients such as individuals, business entities, subcontractors, suppliers, general contractors, construction project owners, developers, and construction management firms. My practice primarily focuses on handling various commercial disputes from pre-litigation negotiation through trial.

I started out studying biochemistry but after a year on the morgue collecting tissue samples and doing autopsies I decided to go in a different direction which, was computer programmer/analyst. Then I finally bit the bullet and went to law school. After working in firms and for the NYS Attorney General, I opened up my own practice in 2006 in the Berkshires. This has been the biggest and most rewarding challenge of my life. Most notably, I once appeared in front of Judge Judy Scheindlin in Manhattan Family Court. What a long strange trip...
